Try right-clicking and saving the php file, see if that works (might be to do with the way windows/unix stores end-of-line characters).</description>

		<description>Maybe it's just me, but I can't get the widget to work?  I use the downloaded text to make popularity.php and upload it to my widgets folder.  The plugin is active, but the widget is not showing for me to drag to my sidebar.</description>
